In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires:
2.1 These Terms are effective from the date on which a User first registers an Account or, where no Account is created, from the date on which a User first accesses the Platform.
2.2 By clicking "Register", "Sign Up", or any equivalent confirmation button during the registration process, or by placing a Bet, you expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any product-specific rules published on the Platform.
2.3 sz555 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.
3.1 Age Requirement. The Platform is open exclusively to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. sz555 employs age-verification controls and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to be held by individuals under 18 will be suspended immediately and all balances forfeited.
3.2 Jurisdictional Compliance. It is the sole responsibility of each User to determine whether accessing and using sz555 services is legal in their jurisdiction. sz555 makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction. Users who access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction do so entirely at their own risk and in breach of these Terms.
3.3 Personal Capacity. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are acting in your personal capacity and for personal entertainment purposes only, that you are not subject to any self-exclusion order from sz555 or any other gaming operator, and that you have not been declared legally incapacitated.
3.4 Pakistan Users. Pakistani Users are reminded that online gambling regulation in Pakistan is subject to evolving legislative frameworks. It is each User's personal responsibility to remain informed of and compliant with applicable laws in their province or territory within Pakistan.
4.1 To place real-money Bets, Users must register an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and preferred currency (PKR).
4.2 Each individual may hold only one (1) sz555 Account. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Balances held therein.
4.3 KYC Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal, sz555 requires successful KYC verification. Users must submit a clear copy of a valid government-issued identity document (CNIC, passport, or driving licence) and a facial selfie. sz555 reserves the right to request additional documentation, including proof of payment method ownership, at its discretion.
4.4 sz555 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any Account at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to believe that a User has violated these Terms or where continued operation of the Account poses a compliance risk.
5.1 Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account login credentials. sz555 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to an Account where the User failed to take reasonable precautions to secure their credentials.
5.2 Users must notify sz555 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of their Account.
5.3 sz555 strongly recommends enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on all Accounts. This feature is available from the Account Security settings dashboard.
5.4 Users must not share Account credentials with any third party. Accounts are non-transferable and must not be sold, assigned, or gifted.
6.1 Deposits. Funds may be deposited via the payment methods available at the time of transaction, which include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, and USDT (TRC20). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and are subject to change.
6.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests will only be processed following successful KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever operationally possible. Processing times vary by method; JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals for standard Accounts are typically completed within 24 hours.
6.3 Anti-Money Laundering. sz555 complies with international AML standards. sz555 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any Account, to delay or decline withdrawal requests pending investigation, and to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities where legally required.
6.4 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have had no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity administration fee as notified to the User. Prior written notice will be provided to the registered email address before any fee is applied.
7.1 All Bets placed on sz555 are subject to the specific rules for the relevant product — Sports Betting Rules, Casino Game Rules, or Slot Game Rules — as published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall prevail.
7.2 Bet Acceptance. A Bet is accepted only when the Platform has confirmed the transaction with a unique Bet reference number and the corresponding amount has been deducted from the User's Balance. sz555 reserves the right to void Bets placed in error or as a result of obvious pricing mistakes.
7.3 Live Betting. In-play and live betting markets — including PSL, international cricket, UFC, and other sports — are subject to automatic suspension at any time. Bets placed while markets are technically suspended may be voided. Odds displayed during live play are indicative and subject to confirmation at the moment of acceptance.
7.4 Maximum Payout. Notwithstanding the odds displayed, sz555 reserves the right to impose a maximum payout per event and per player. Maximum payout limits are published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform.
7.5 Void Bets. sz555 may void any Bet where: (a) an obvious error in odds was displayed; (b) the event or market is declared void by the relevant sporting authority; (c) there is evidence of match manipulation; or (d) the Bet was placed in breach of these Terms.
8.1 From time to time, sz555 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, or other promotional credits. All such offers are subject to specific promotional terms and conditions published at the time of the offer.
8.2 Promotional Funds are credited to a separate Promotional Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements, game contribution percentages, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry dates are stated in each individual promotion's terms.
8.3 sz555 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Promotional abuse — including, without limitation, systematic exploitation of bonus structures, use of multiple Accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, or coordinated betting patterns designed to guarantee profit from promotional offers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
8.4 The sz555 VIP programme operates under its own terms available on the VIP page. VIP status is assessed and adjusted on a rolling basis at sz555's discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sz555 Platform. Breach of any provision below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

11.2 Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No content may be reproduced, republished, scraped, or distributed without express written consent from sz555.
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sz555 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from a User's use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from betting outcomes, technical interruptions, or third-party payment processing delays.
12.2 sz555 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may temporarily affect availability. sz555 will make reasonable efforts to notify Users of planned downtime in advance.
12.3 In no event shall sz555's aggregate liability to any individual User exceed the amount of funds held in that User's Account Balance at the time the claim arises.
sz555 reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on this page. Where amendments are material, sz555 will endeavour to notify registered Users via email to the address on file. It is the User's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance.
14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sz555 holds its operating licence. Details of the applicable licensing jurisdiction are available upon request via the support channels.
14.2 In the event of a dispute, Users should first contact sz555 customer support in writing with full details of the complaint. sz555 will endeavour to resolve complaints within ten (10) business days. If a resolution cannot be reached through internal processes, the dispute may be referred to the relevant regulatory authority or an independent dispute resolution body as applicable.
14.3 Nothing in these Terms limits a User's statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
